During this time, he held various positions, including Superintendent, Project Manager, and Project Executive, gaining invaluable experience in all aspects of the construction process.
As a Superintendent, Brad was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects were completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. In his roles as Project Manager and Project Executive, Brad took on increasing levels of responsibility, managing multiple projects simultaneously and working closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
